Today Year 4 went to Manor Farm School for a morning of singing with other local primary schools. They worked really hard singing a range of songs about different seasons, including songs in German, Hungarian and Xhosa, an African language which has charactistic clicks. They sang in rounds upto 8 parts, canons and harmonies!!
If you would like to know more about the Xhosa language and hear the clicks visit the weblink below.
If you enjoyed the singing you can join the Junior Choir for years 3 to 5 at Wycombe Music Centre on Saturday mornings from 10.45 to 11.45 in Room 12.
