What a week it’s been! We have been rehearsing for our production of ‘Baubles’ this week. Thank you so much for helping the children to learn their lines – it helps to make rehearsals run smoothly! Please ensure your child continues to practise saying their line in a loud clear voice this weekend. We will be having a dress rehearsal on Monday, and will then perform to the school on Tuesday morning. We hope to see lots of you at our evening performance – 6pm on Tuesday! Please bring your child to the classroom at 5:30pm to get ready.
Yesterday we all enjoyed our visit to Northwood and Pinner Liberal Synagogue. It was a very informative morning which allowed the children to gain first-hand experience of various aspects of the Jewish faith. Our group leader was extremely kind and patient with the children, who were all very curious and inquisitive! A huge thank you to Mrs Deans, Mrs Ellerby, Mr Schofield and Mrs Marsh for accompanying us on the trip. Photos to follow soon!
Today we all very much enjoyed our trip to the pantomime in Chesham. The production of ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ was very witty and entertaining! With lots of a jokes and sing-alongs great fun was had by all! Thank you to Mr Gemmell, Mr Schofield and Mrs Marsh for accompanying us.
Next week will be the final countdown to Christmas – alongside our production of ‘Baubles’, we will be completing lots of Christmas related activities in our lessons. This will include an RE and Literacy focus on the Christmas story, and a DT sewing project! There will be plenty to keep us all busy!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend,
