Welcome to all the children (and parents) of Year 5 at Cedar Park. I am really looking forward to getting to know all the children (and hear about what exciting things you all got up to over the Christmas holidays). On this page, you will find information about key upcoming dates, curriculum news, timetabling and more as the year progresses. Please do keep an eye out for updates!

This term Miss Barker will be teaching children throughout the week, with Mr. Schofield supporting learning in the mornings. Children will be taught by Mrs. Cook on Wednesday mornings.

Useful Information

• P.E. is on Monday and Wednesday, please come dressed for P.E. on these days.
• Music is on Thursday, please bring your instrument into school on Thursday morning.
• This half-term children will be given both English and Maths home learning on a Friday and this will be due the following Friday.

Please be ready to learn with a well-stocked pencil case and the correct uniform. Please check your pencil case on a weekly basis. Children frequently need to replace pencils and pens as we use them throughout the day. Name everything please so we can return it quickly should it become lost.
