Cedar Park is a wonderful school that does so many brilliant things for the children. However, we are on a journey of continuous improvement, and, as such, have a School Improvement Plan. The following targets are on our SIP:

1. To ensure teaching is at least 'Good'.

2. To increase the percentage of children achieving the national standard in the Year 1 phonics screening. 

3. To increase the quantity of children achieving Greater Depth in writing. 

4. To ensure practice is adapted so that all subjects are accessible to all children.

5. To ensure that formative assessment is used effectively in non-core subjects, so that learning can be effectively adapted to meet the needs of all learners. 

6. To ensure all subject leaders have a clear vision, intent and implementation plan for their respective subjects. 

7. To ensure the school becomes more environmentally sustainable.
