Cedar Park is a wonderful school that does so many brilliant things for the children. However, we are on a journey of continuous improvement, and, as such, have a School Improvement Plan.

The following targets are on our SIP:

1. To develop teachers' practice, through the use of coaching.

2. To foster a truly inclusive environment.

3. To ensure that all of our curriculum achieves our mission statement- LEARN. 

4. To ensure that accurate assessments of children help shape the curriculum that is delivered. 

5. To make sure we have happy, safe and successful period, through the introduction of OPAL.
