Welcome to Autumn Term in Year 2
(2025-2026)

This year, Miss Rowe will be the class teacher with support from Ms Thompson, Miss Wilson, Miss Taylor, and Miss Sibley. Miss Mason will be teaching the class on a Thursday.

PE

Our PE afternoons are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Reading & Library

The children will take home two reading books on a Friday, so please could these be returned on the following Wednesday. Please record any reading that you do with your children in their reading records, these will also be returned to you on a Friday.

Our library day is a Friday, so the children will be able to choose a new book each week.

Drinks

Please could all children bring in a named water bottle for the classroom, this is additional to their lunchtime drink. You can also send in a healthy snack for our morning break time if you would like.
